Les #CroixCitadelles is an association created a year ago by activists of the #Caryatides with the aim of erecting vandalized crosses again on our summits.
Since the first laying of the cross, on September 19, 2020 at Tossal Colomer, the crosses of Mont Palastre and Seranon have been erected.

This Saturday, September 18, in the Basque country, despite stormy weather, torrential rain and cold, the volunteers of the #CroixCitadelles replaced the Pic d'Orhy cross.

Les #CroixCitadelles est une association créée il y a un an par les militantes des #Caryatides ayant pour objectif la remise des croix vandalisées sur nos sommets.
Depuis la première pose de croix, le 19 septembre 2020 au Tossal Colomer, les croix du Mont Palastre et de Seranon ont été remises.

Ce samedi 18 septembre, en pays basque, malgré une météo orageuse, une pluie diluvienne et le froid, les bénévoles des #CroixCitadelles ont remis en place la croix du Pic d'Orhy.

2021-09-20 15:31:34 La Legión fue creada por Real Decreto del 28 de enero de 1920, firmado por el Ministro de Guerra, Don José Villalba Riquelme. Luego llevaba el nombre del batallón de extranjeros. El propósito de esta creación fue enfrentar la dificultad de la lucha de la guerra del Rif en Marruecos; las autoridades pensaron entonces, como Francia había hecho antes, que era la única solución para compensar las deficiencias de un ejército de reclutas mal preparado para estos enfrentamientos.

El primer comandante de la Legión fue el Teniente Coronel José Millán-Astray. Fue él quien le dio su estilo particular y ese aspecto "idealista". Esta unidad permitió a los extranjeros que desearan luchar voluntariamente en Marruecos para unirse al ejército español.

2021-09-20 15:31:34 The Legion was created by a royal decree of January 28, 1920, signed by the Minister of War, Don José Villalba Riquelme. It then bore the name of the battalion of foreigners. The purpose of this creation was to face the difficulty of the fighting of the Rif war in Morocco; Spanish authorities thought then, as France had done before, that it was the only solution to compensate for the failings of an army of conscripts ill-prepared for these confrontations.

The first commander of the Legion was Lieutenant-Colonel José Millán-Astray. It was he who gave it its particular style and this "idealistic" aspect. This unit allowed foreigners wishing to fight voluntarily in Morocco to join the Spanish army.

The chosen creation date of the Legion is not that of the decree, but usually that of the engagement of the first legionary, September 20, 1920.

Vendredi 17 septembre, nous sommes allés au cimetière de Krasnystaw pour allumer des bougies sur la tombe de Józef Klimek - un militant d'avant-guerre de notre organisation et soldat de la campagne de septembre.
Józef Klimek est mort le 17 septembre 1939 lors de la bataille de Krasnystaw.

On Friday September 17th, we went to Krasnystaw Cemetery to light candles at the grave of Józef Klimek - a pre-war activist from our organization and a soldier from the September campaign.
Józef Klimek died on September 17, 1939 during the Battle of Krasnystaw.

2021-09-20 11:39:00 Tym razem odwiedzamy Lublin, gdzie wczoraj i dziś miało miejsce wydarzenie pt. "weekend z archeologią". Była to świetna okazja by kolejny raz zwiedzić stare miasto, przeżyć praktyczną lekcję historii, ale i spotkać się że znajomymi nacjonalistami z Lublina i Chełma, których również nie zabrakło na tym wydarzeniu.
