As far as the procedure is concerned, the dissolution of
Alvarium should initially be discussed in the
Council of Ministers, but the activists do not intend to put up with the situation and will go to the
Council of State (Highest French administrative Court) and, if necessary, to the
European Court of Human Rights, although, as
Jean-Eudes Gannat concedes, the members of his association have
"rather mixed hopes" because they know
"how it goes". In the meantime,
Alvarium "uses all the weapons the system deigns to give it".He adds:
