My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin (transgress the Law), we have an Advocate with the Father, Yehoshua-Jesus Christ the Righteous: And He is the Propitiation for our sins (transgressions of the Law): and not for ours only, but also for the sins (transgressions of the Law) of the whole world. And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His Commandments. (see Matthew 5:17-19) He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not His Commandments, is a liar, and the Truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth His Word, in Him verily is the Love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in Him. 
He that saith he abideth in Him ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked.

Mes petits enfants, je vous écris ces choses, afin que vous ne péchiez point. Et si quelqu'un a péché (transgressé la Loi), nous avons un Avocat auprès du Père, Yehoshoua-Jésus Christ le Juste. C'est Lui qui est la propitiation pour nos péchés (transgressions de la Loi); et non seulement pour les nôtres, mais aussi pour ceux du monde entier. Et par ceci nous savons que nous l'avons connu, savoir, si nous gardons ses Commandements. (Voir Matthieu 5:17-19)
Celui qui dit: Je l'ai connu, et qui ne garde point ses Commandements, est un menteur, et la Vérité n'est point en lui. Mais pour celui qui garde sa Parole, l'Amour de Dieu est véritablement parfait en Lui, et à cela nous connaissons que nous sommes en Lui.
Celui qui dit qu'il demeure en Lui, doit aussi marcher comme Il a marché Lui-Même.

בעת ההיא אמר יהושע לתלמידיו אל תחשבו שבאתי להפר תורה אלא להשלים
17 At that time Yehoshua-Jesus said to the Talmidim (Disciples), Do not think that I Have come to destroy the Torah, but to make Peace להשלים

להשלים
also means "Complete" but not in a sense of adding Commandments but in the sense of "Completing" by bringing the Peace of Elohim, Yehoshoua-Jesus our Lord and Savior came to make Peace between God and us by His Sacrifice at the cross, Amen

באמת אני אומר לכם כי עד שמים וארץ אות אחת ונקודה אחת לא תבטל מהתורה או מהנביאים שהכל יתקיים
18 Truly I say to you, as long as the heavens and the earth are, a letter and a niqudah (point) will not be cancelled from the Torah and the Neviim (Prophets), all will survive.

ואשר יעבור מאמר א'' מהמצוות אלו אשר אלמד אחרים בן הבל יקרא מלכות והמקיים והמלמד גדול יקרא
במלכות שמים
19 Whoever violates the Word of any of the Mitzvoth (Commandments of Holy Torah) who teaches others, vaporous (vain) son he will be called from the Kingdom; and whoever has kept and taught them, Great he will be called into the Kingdom of Heaven.

17 En ce temps-là, Yehoshoua-Jesus dit aux Talmidim (disciples) : Ne pensez pas que Je sois venu pour détruire la Torah, mais pour faire la Paix להשלים

להשלים
signifie aussi "Compléter" mais pas dans le sens d'ajouter des Commandements mais dans le sens de "Compléter" en apportant la Paix d'Elohim, Yehoshoua-Jésus notre Seigneur et Sauveur est venu faire la Paix entre Dieu et nous par Son Sacrifice à la croix, Amen.

באמת אני אומר לכם כי עד שמים וארץ אות אחת ונקודה אחת לא תבטל מהתורה או מהנביאים שהכל יתקיים
18 En vérité, Je vous le dis, tant que seront les cieux et la terre, une lettre et un niqudah (point) ne seront pas annulées de la Torah et des Neviim (prophètes), tous survivront.

ואשר יעבור מאמר א'' מהמצוות אלו אשר אלמד אחרים בן הבל יקרא מלכות והמקיים והמלמד גדול יקרא
במלכות שמים
19 Quiconque viole la Parole de l'une des Mitzvoth ( Commandements de la Sainte Torah) et l'enseigne aux autres, fils vaporeux (vain), il sera appelé du Royaume ; et quiconque les a gardées et enseignées, Grand, il sera appelé dans le Royaume des Cieux.
