We were surprised on this date (25/05/2022), by a news from the Livecoins portal, reporting an alleged action filed by Cruzeiro Esporte Clube against the companies LUNES / FAARO.

In view of this fact, Lunes makes the following information public:

Preliminarily, we make public our total rejection of the irresponsible performance of the journalist who signs the article, since at no time did they contact the company through the appropriate channels, to clarify any facts narrated therein, although they wrote that they had contacted us.

It is strange that the aforementioned journalist sends an email directly to one of the employees (who works in the financial department, having no functional assignment to provide any information to the press) at 12:59 pm, and publishes the news at 1:16 pm, stating that he tried to contact the company . The exacerbated rush to report information of this nature, without due care in listening to all parties involved, shows us once again that journalistic coverage of the crypto-assets environment has a lot to evolve.

Having made the initial considerations, we now clarify a few points:

To date, we have not been notified of any lawsuit filed by Cruzeiro Esporte Clube. We did receive an extrajudicial notification requesting only the suspension of sales that were scheduled for 08/03/2022, which was promptly answered by Lunes.

And we also made an extrajudicial communication to the club, asking for a position on the resumption of the project and we continue to wait for the return.

We are already in contact with Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, in order to provide the necessary clarifications.

Allegations of breach or breach of contract are false and proof of payment will be presented in a timely manner and through the appropriate means.

The matter in question is being analyzed by our lawyers and the appropriate legal measures will be taken.
