Before the war, Henry Dorgères' famous green shirts were seen to rise up with the cry of "raise the pitchforks" whenever farmers' rights were threatened. The trade union action of Dorgères' peasant front thwarted an attempt by the Communist Party to take power in 1937.

2021-12-28 12:23:49 Rudolf Berthold (1891-1920) était un as de l’aviation allemande durant la grande guerre, au terme de laquelle il a récolté de nombreuses blessures ainsi que la médaille « pour le mérite ». Il créa un freikorps en 1919 pour lutter contre les révolutionnaires communistes notamment en Bavière et en terre baltes contre l’armée rouge. Il participe au putsch de Kapp et est tué par les rouges en mars 1920.

Rudolf Berthold (1891-1920) was a German flying ace during the Great War, at the end of which he received numerous wounds as well as the medal « pour le mérite ». He created a freikorps in 1919 to fight against the communist revolutionaries, particularly in Bavaria and the Baltic states against the Red Army. He participated in the Kapp putsch and was killed by the Reds in March 1920. Ouvert / Commentaire
