Let's quote the hadith where the Prophet - 'alayhi salâtu wa salâm - gave something to someone who got angry and started saying improper things.
Muslims nearly killed him, but the Prophet — 'alayhi salâtu wa salâm — stopped them and gave him more, until he was happy and spoke decent language.
Let us also quote the hadîth where a young man asked the Messenger of Allah — ‘alayhi salâtu wa salâm —
“O Messenger of Allah, allow me the practice of adultery. »
He replied — ‘alayhi salâtu wa salâm —: “Would you like this for your daughter? »
He said, “No! "
And the Messenger of Allah pbuh said: “It is the same with other people, they would not like it for their daughter. »
The hadîth continues and, at the end, the Prophet — 'alayhi salâtu wa salâm — passes his hand on the chest of the young man and makes an imploration for him.
Immediately, nothing seemed more repulsive to him than adultery. Such anecdotes concerning the Prophet — ‘alayhi salâtu wa salâm — are numerous.
This is also the case,
after him pbuh, with the a`immah, the scholars, the virtuous people among the following generations.
At all times, therefore, stick to gentleness, may Allah envelop you in His mercy, for it is blessed and produces good results.
“But none attains to this except those who are steadfast; none attains to this except those endowed with mighty good fortune.” (Qur'ân XLI Fussilat, 35). »
