ROUMANIE - Du 6 au 14 septembre 1940 : abdication du roi corrompu Carol II et prise de pouvoir par la Maréchal Antonescu
ÉTAT NATIONAL LÉGIONNAIRE
A l'aube du 6 septembre 1940, le roi Carol II, jugé coupable du désastre du pays, abdique en faveur de son fils Mihai, après avoir investi le général Antonescu des pleins pouvoirs dans l'État deux jours auparavant. Les rues des grandes villes sont envahies par des masses populaires, qui accueillent avec enthousiasme la fin du régime corrompu et totalitaire carliste. Le 14 septembre 1940, le roi Mihai a signé le décret par lequel la Roumanie est devenue un État national-légionnaire. Un gouvernement commun s'en est suivi, du Mouvement des Légionnaires et des éléments fidèles du général Antonescu, qui a duré un peu plus de 4 mois, jusqu'au 21 janvier 1941. Pendant des décennies, les régimes totalitaires n'ont pas permis une analyse honnête et scientifique de ce gouvernement. Les analyses ont toujours été entachées de commandements idéologiques, la vérité étant déformée, d'une manière ou d'une autre, 73 ans après ces événements, les Roumains ont le droit de connaître, en toute liberté, la vérité historique. Nous souhaitons mettre à disposition du public une série de documents originaux, d'interviews de participants à des événements, de photographies d'époque et autres témoignages, afin que chacun puisse juger et bâtir son opinion.

NATIONAL LEGIONARY STATE
At the dawn of September 6, 1940, King Carol II, found guilty of the disaster of the country, abdicated in favor of his son Mihai, after having invested General Antonescu with full powers in the State two days previously. The streets of large cities are invaded by popular masses, who enthusiastically welcome the end of the corrupt and totalitarian Carlist regime. On September 14, 1940, King Mihai signed the decree by which Romania became a national-legionary state. A common government followed, of the Legionaries Movement and the loyal elements of General Antonescu, which lasted a little over 4 months, until January 21, 1941. For decades, totalitarian regimes did not allow an honest and scientific analysis of this government. Analyzes have always been marred by ideological commands, the truth being distorted, in one way or another, 73 years after these events, the Romanians have the right to know, in complete freedom, the historical truth. We wish to make available to the public a series of original documents, interviews with participants in events, period photographs and other testimonies, so that everyone can judge and build their opinion.
