Sirogojno - Serbie

Sirogojno - Serbia
In 1992, an open-air museum was created. It is organized around the church of Saint-Pierre-and-Saint-Paul, built in 1764; this church houses works by Simeon Lazović painted in a neo-Byzantine style. The village includes many traditional wooden houses. The museum has also set itself the task of preserving and presenting the trades and activities of yesteryear; it thus houses a bakery, a dairy and an inn, as they were in the 19th century.
