In a very northern neighbourhood of the already northern Donetsk district, Kievskiy, yesterday, I spoke with a man who has experienced Ukrainian shelling near his house at least 20 times since 2014. He has a collection of the shell fragments, particularly NATO munitions. The latest Ukrainian shelling the day prior destroyed his car, and damaged his home and others on his street. In fact, it was difficult to find a home not damaged by Ukrainian shelling.
