3 cups Water (boil) Add 1/2 Kg potatoes cubes 1/2 TSP salt boil until tender then strain & set aside
on another pot add 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup tamarind pulp & mix well 1/4 TSP salt 1/2 TSP crushed red chili 1 cinnamon stick 1/2TSP dried gingerpowder 1TBS sugar mix well
->add 3TBS water & 1TSP corn flour mix well add on the pot cook 1-2 mins then set aside
special spice mix 1 TSP red chili roasted and crushed 1 TSP cumin seeds roasted and crushed 1/4 TSP Black salt mix well
on the Boiled potatoes add salt if required 1/2 TSP red chili crushed 1 large onion chopped 2-3 green chilies chopped 3TBS lemon juice mix well yogurt whisked as required imli chutney special spice mix sev papri chaat masala
